Split-Ring Rotor With Bite Control

The split-ring rotor is designed to limit the knife tools' engagement while maintaining higher rotor rpms for efficient mulching of trees and heavy brush. The rotor design helps prevent the mulcher from slowing or bogging down during material engagement, and it leaves behind a bed of consistent mulch.

Well-Designed Processing Chamber

The mulcher's cutting chamber and rear discharge are designed to reduce material buildup around the drum and increase material flow while minimizing power consumption. Together, they maximize material processing and operator productivity while sweeping along the ground. 

2-Speed Axial Piston Hydraulic Motor

The 2-speed axial piston hydraulic motor delivers optimized rotor speed and torque for quick recovery. It also operates more efficiently than a gear motor. It’s equipped with a hydraulic accumulator that absorbs pressure spikes, protecting the motor and ensuring optimal service life.

Downward Front Discharge

The downward front discharge directs the processed material toward the ground and mitigates thrown debris.

Efficient Reversible Knife Teeth

The knife teeth are designed with sharp edges and a tapered body to efficiently process material while maintaining higher rotor rpms. These bolt-on tools are reversible and replaceable for long service life and easy maintenance.
