Amarillo, Texas – The Smokehouse Creek fire last month burned over 1 million acres becoming the largest wildfire in Texas history. Tens of thousands of livestock that survived this tragedy are now misplaced leaving Ranchers paying for temporary leases at unsustainable costs that are expiring daily.
